CALLING ALL NEW JERSEY  BURGLAR ALARM, FIRE ALARM, and LOCKSMITH LICENSE HOLDERS!

The New Jersey Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm and Locksmith Advisory Committee has motioned to allow license holders to complete ALL of their 2025 continuing education online! They will accept all required hours taken online for license renewals. This is currently applicable to the 2022 and 2025 renewal periods.

The New Jersey Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm and Locksmith Advisory Committee has not updated their website in several years, so unfortunately there is not a specific location on their site to point you to. But rest assured, this information has been confirmed by the Committee itself – and we do have written documentation stating such information.

We have new 24 Hour, 38 Hour and 52 Hour packages available, that also include newly approved courses!

The required hours to renew your license are as follows:

Single License requirements = 24 Hours

Dual License requirements = 38 Hours

Triple License requirements = 52 Hours
