Product Description / Course Objectives

A business can be defined as a collection of interrelated tasks which result in the delivery of a service or product to a client.  In a typical security business, these tasks (departments) may include:  marketing, legal, accounting, engineering, installation, and sales.

In addition to internal links, the sales function is bound by the external processes of: insurers, regulatory bodies, and the client’s organization.

The purpose of this module is to create an understanding of each internal and external process as it relates to the sales function  and to provide practical guidelines for interacting with each.
